Pastoral Reflections – September

As we begin a new month, you will notice a fresh look and a new name for our weekly email: The Mosby Messenger. We have also updated the platform to create a more user-friendly experience as we continue strengthening the ways we keep our church family informed, connected, and engaged in the life of Mosby.

September brings several meaningful opportunities to worship, fellowship, remember, and be renewed. The month kicks off with our annual Homecoming Weekend celebration. We will celebrate Mosby’s life and legacy through Friday Family Night, Saturday Community Day, and Sunday Homecoming Worship.

We will also gather for two powerful nights of Revival and, later in the month, celebrate Christian Education Sunday, reminding us that our faith must continue to deepen as we grow in God’s Word.

As we move through this month, my prayer is that we will not merely attend the events but truly experience God in them. May September strengthen our fellowship, renew our faith, and prepare us for the work God continues to call us to do.
